About Me Brighid Uddyback
I have always been creatively minded, and spent most of my life acting as well as visiting museums, exhibits and theatres around the world.My mother captured all of our adventures on her old Pentax 35mm from the 70's and it was from her that I gained my love and appreciation of photography. Growing up my friends and I would stage photo shoots and I have enjoyed taking on the role of historian. There is just something so concrete about a photograph, the way it captures a moment in time. There's nothing better than sifting through a box of old photographs recalling memories you didn't even know you had., and building new ones.I traded in acting for a place behind the lens, where I can use my creative instincts in an entirely new way. I love using quirky locations and finding the beauty in otherwise overlooked spaces. It's all about having fun, feeling comfortable and catching the moments that will last a lifetime and longer!
